Product Availability and Restocks

Due to limited-run releases, products may sell out without prior notice. If you wish for a sold-out item to return, you may submit your email address using the “restock notification” form found on the product page. This information helps us determine interest for future drops but does not guarantee restock.

Communication

Please allow 1–4 business days for responses to customer inquiries submitted via email or social media. Inquiries are handled in the order they are received and during normal business hours. Delays may occur during high-volume periods such as new product drops or convention appearances.

Issue Resolution and Disputes

We understand that issues may arise during the order and fulfillment process. We encourage customers to reach out to us directly at contact@isekaiya.com so we may attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in the immediate cancellation of your order and a permanent ban from future purchases on the site.

Decal Product Guidelines

Customers purchasing vinyl decals must follow all installation guidelines provided. ISEKAIYA is not responsible for decal failure due to incorrect application.

Surface must be clean, dry, and cool to the touch.
Do not use wax-based cleaners prior to installation.
Apply decals carefully and slowly to ensure proper adhesion.

Limitation of Liability

ISEKAIYA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of products sold, including but not limited to improper application of decals, allergic reactions to materials, or delays in shipping.
