Order Processing

All orders placed through ISEKAIYA are processed on a weekly basis. Customers should allow up to 1–3 weeks for processing and fulfillment from the date the order is placed. During peak periods, such as holidays or convention seasons, processing times may be extended. We make no guarantees regarding fulfillment speed outside of these estimates.

Shipping Method and Timeline

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been fulfilled, typical USPS delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days for domestic shipments. Shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to USPS operational conditions, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Tracking and Delivery

A tracking number will be provided for every order. Tracking information will be delivered to the customer via email and will also be accessible through the “My Account” page on our website. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. ISEKAIYA is not liable for any delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

International Shipping and Customs

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any and all customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or other import taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and will not be paid by ISEKAIYA under any circumstances.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to size selection, buyer’s remorse, or delivery delays.

The only exception to this policy is in the event of a damaged or defective product. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us at contact@isekaiya.com within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Replacements are offered at our sole discretion and are subject to product availability.
